Lee Genoese, a Certified Public Accountant and a General Securities Representative, is the founder of Genoese & Associates, P.A and Genoese Wealth Management. He is a graduate of La Salle University and is licensed to practice accounting in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Lee has over 35 years of diverse experience across many industry lines in accounting, auditing, business start up, tax planning and consulting. He has expertise with business and individual tax preparation and consulting in both single state and multi state settings. Lee is also licensed in securities, insurance, and advisory with Avantax Wealth Management, with over 20 plus years providing financial services, education planning, retirement planning and wealth planning to individuals and businesses.

Memberships include: The American Institute of  Certified Public Accountants, The Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants, and The New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past treasurer of The Greater Paulsboro Chamber of Commerce, North Star Chse Maintenance Association, and is a member of The Delaware Saengerbund and Library Association. He is also a former Den Leader for Delaware Cub Scout Pack Two.
